Important considerations:
We will do our best to receive and process orders within the day or latest the next business day.
We currently only ship within the Philippines. Please sign up to our newsletter so we can easily notify you when we've started to sell internationally.
We currently only accept prepaid orders, no cash-on-delivery (COD).
Shipping nationwide (via 2go Express)
We currently ship nationwide via 2go. Our delivery lead times are as follows:
- Metro Manila – 1 to 3 business days
- Luzon – 2 to 4 business days
- Visayas and Mindanao – 3 to 6 business days
Please note however, for areas that are outside cities there may be additional delays. Please reach out to us if your package has not been received within the range of days above, and we will track your order with you.
Please input your address at our checkout to get the shipping costs for your area. (Shipment costs depend on quantity.)
If you place your order before 2pm, consider the next day to count as the first day. If you place your order after 2pm or in the evening, it may take us another day to schedule parcel pickup with our shipper.
We will send you an SMS once your parcels have been picked up, both to update you and so you can estimate the delivery times.
We currently are shipping out only a maximum of 5kg (approximately ten books). We welcome bigger orders (and are thankful for them!), but please message us instead at orders@explodinggalaxies.com so we can arrange payment and shipment for you.
If you did not receive your orders, please let us know immediately so we can resolve this with our shipper.
